Ready to See What Your Body Is Really Made Of?

Understand and measure what’s really going on inside your body!

Would you like to take a deeper dive into your body composition beyond simply bodyweight, BMI and waist circumference?

Would you benefit from a data-driven strategy to supercharge your motivation to make this year your healthiest yet?

What is an InBody 380 Scan?

An InBody scan provides a fast, non-invasive and detailed snapshot of your body composition. It can keep you focused on meaningful progress rather than just chasing a number on the scale.

Why Choose an InBody 380 Scan?

We go beyond the usual scale or BMI measurement. Our InBody 380 Scan located on-site at our Carseldine clinic provides a detailed breakdown of your body composition, helping you set and reach your health and fitness goals faster.

  1. Goes Beyond the Scale

A regular scale only shows you total weight, but an InBody scan shows what’s going on inside: how much of that weight is muscle, fat, or water. This helps you understand real changes in your body even if the number on the scale isn’t moving much.

  1. Clear, Actionable Insights

You’ll see exactly which areas have more muscle or fat (arms, legs, trunk) so you know where to focus your workouts and what nutritional changes might help.

  1. Quick & Easy Process

No getting into water tanks or anything complicated. You just stand on the device, hold the handles, and in less than a minute, you get detailed results you can read right away.

  1. Motivation & Accountability

Seeing your body fat percentage drop or muscle mass increase is often more motivating than just watching the scale. When you see progress in the data, it encourages you to stick with your plan.

  1. Personalised Calorie Estimates

The scan calculates your Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR), letting you see approximately how many calories you burn at rest. That makes planning meals or adjusting diets simpler and more accurate.

  1. A Healthier Perspective

Knowing where you carry extra fat (especially in the torso area) can clue you into potential health risks. This encourages healthier lifestyle changes before issues get serious.

“I recently booked a body composition scan with Restart for the first time and was really impressed with the experience. I’ve been into fitness for years, and am preparing to step my routine up a notch as I rehabilitate from a knee reconstruction.

The scan was perfect for a baseline of where my body is at now, and, I’m excited to have the next one to track my progress. I’ve always wanted to try a body composition scan and am glad I did, and highly recommend it to anyone curious about their body composition and health and wanting to improve it.”

Beau, 36

Note: the InBody 380 Scanner has a 98% correlation to a DEXA (Dual-Energy X-ray Absorptiometry) scan, which is considered the gold standard BIA technology. The most prominent difference between a DEXA scan and an InBody 380 scan is that the DEXA measures and quantifies bone mineral density, whereas the InBody 380 cannot. Should you have compromised bone mineral density, or have been told you have Osteopenia or Osteoporosis, we recommend you maintain your periodic DEXA scans.

It is important to note however that when performing a DEXA scan there is a radiation exposure (typically between 0.001 and 0.01 millisieverts). Therefore, it is recommended to have a DEXA scan at a frequency of once every two years. Fortunately, no such radiation exposure occurs with the InBody 380 scanner, meaning you can check your body composition changes at a frequency that suits you and your wellness goals.

Results are synced instantly to your InBody App (we encourage you to download, create and verify your account prior to your first scan) making it super easy to track health and fitness progress over time.

“The InBody 380 scan was quick and easy – there was no painful pinch test. I was surprised and impressed with the amount of information in the report. Luke did a great job explaining all the information and how it could help me monitor my progress towards my weight loss and fitness goals.

I’d definitely recommend the InBody scan!”
