My Health For Life

Are you seeking more guidance and support to regain your health and well-being?

My Health for Life (MH4L) is a free, six-month program that allows you to work with a health coach in a group setting to achieve your health goals.

It is a state government-funded initiative delivered by an alliance of health organisations, with the focus of providing participants with practical tools and skills to reduce risk of chronic disease onset (Type II diabetes, stroke and cardiovascular disease). Over the course of six sessions, MH4L covers a variety of health topics to cut through the noise and give you the most up-to date information to achieve your well-being goals.

To discover if you are eligible for this fully-funded health program, visit https://www.myhealthforlife.com.au/ to complete a quick and easy health assessment.

Based on your health status, this assessment will then classify you as low, medium or high risk for developing the above chronic diseases. If your risk score is significant enough, you will be eligible for the program.

As Exercise Physiologists and My Health for Life recognised coaches, Restart conduct regular programs across Brisbane. We offer both mixed gender and men’s only groups.

“Having recently completed a men’s group with Luke at Chermside, I particularly liked the accountability that the group dynamic provided. There was always positive feedback from both Luke as the facilitator and fellow participants. This is a great program for anyone over 50 and in my opinion should be utilised more widely across Australia”.
